Management- This position includes the mastery in understanding of both front and back of the house. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, willing to work long hours and who is looking to build their resume by expanding upon their previous knowledge of the following positions.
Servers- We are looking for experienced servers but are also willing to train someone with the right personality. Must be willing to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. Must be 19
Bartenders- Again we are looking for experience. Must be able to multitask and to work in a fast paced environment. Must be 19
Expeditors- Must be able to carry heavy trays and go up and down stairs while running food to tables both within the dining room and on the deck
Bussers- Assist the servers in creating the dining experience. Responsible for the extra details of watering, clearing plates, and resetting tables. Position requires basic knowledge of kitchen operations with an emphasis on speed and cleanliness. Primary duties are to ensure guest satisfaction and to assist your server. Requires outgoing personality, strong communication skills and work well with others
Barista - This shift starts at 7am and the person is responsible for making espresso drinks, serving breakfast, and entertaining our morning guests. Requires an outgoing individual with a positive attitude. Must be responsible and a quick learner who pays attention to detail and consistency. A background in food service and bar tending a plus.
Hostess- This job is very important! You are the guest's first impression of the dining room. This person must be a flexible and logical thinker.Must be well dressed, able to multi task and work well under pressure
